The extruder, which is, needless to say, the very core of Blown film Lines, is full of modern latest technologies. For instance, the closely computer-designed screw demonstrates its excellent performance in melting and dispersing resin uniformly.
Various types of adapters can prevent resin from leaking, and a quick and easy replacement of screen is available. The extruder can be offered to deal with wide ranging resins from general grades to special ones.

· The special screw enables the extruder to have high output, good mixing and extrusion at a low melt temperature.
· Production can be increased 50 to 100% without additional power.
· Small heat generation and easy extrusion at a low temperature, thanks to the operation at a low shearing speed.

2) Multi-Layer Spiral Die
Molten resin disperses so evenly in the Multi-Layer Spiral Die that an extrusion is always stable even when the machine is working at a high output rate and at a low temperature, and thus, this precise process made it possible to accomplish superior gauge accuracy.
The optimum design can also be created even for resins having special viscosity characteristics by the computer.
Type of Die s is available for any of two to five x-x-x-layers and a diameter from 150mm to 2600mm depending on applications.

3) Dual lip type air ring for Agricultural use
YOOJIN’S Air ring features a dual lip design that provide a converging airflow pattern between the blown film bubble and the air ring’s forming cone.

· This design allows uniform airflow at high rates to provide exceptional cooling and stability without film chatter.
· YOOJIN will supply a fixed lip or adjustable lip design.

· Finished aluminum internal flow surfaces; Smooth surfaces mean smooth airflow for quieter processing, lower pressure drop, and less heat generation within the air ring. The subsequent reduced horsepower needs.
· Upper and Lower air ring; Independent two channels air inlet are provided faster bubble cooling and bubble stability.
· Independent two inverter-controlled motors are driven for air ring.

4) Auto Z-Folder
Auto Z-Folder, It is made to order for the true state of domestic manufacturers & customers by avoiding to wind a rolls and in order to fold in zigzags.
It can fold correct wide due to moving an equal parabolas motion of the pendulum with a roll. So as to reduce unnecessary wastes, It has the LOAD CELL to measure the weight of goods precisely.
